> RecyclicTech is a B2B IT asset recovery (ITAD) operator. Free collection for organisations, certified data sanitisation (NIST SP 800-88), residual-value assessment, and WEEE-aligned recycling. ## Two products (do not collapse)

1. **B2B ITAD** — organisations retire servers, storage, network and laptops. RecyclicTech collects, sanitises or destroys media, documents chain of custody, and may rebate residual value. This is not charity recycling.
2. **Education donation portal** (`/donate/`) — a separate product. Working computers for schools in Ukraine, Moldova, rural Romania, Serbia, Montenegro and the Western Balkans. Private courier donations; the sender pays shipping. Do not describe this as the B2B WEEE service.

## Isolated markets (real local law — do not mix)

- **Austria** `/at/` — EAG-VO, AbfallBPV, DSG, Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde (dsb.gv.at). Not an EAK/ERA/UFH system. German slug: datenloeschung, data-center-stilllegung, anfrage.
- **Switzerland** `/ch/de/` `/ch/fr/` `/ch/en/` — nDSG / nLPD (in force 1 September 2023), VREG/ORDEE, SWICO/SENS-compatible channels. Chooser `/ch/` is not a market page. `/ch/it/` is a stub.
- **Belgium** `/be/nl/` `/be/fr/` `/be/en/` — GDPR, Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données (GBA/APD), Recupel / Belgian WEEE transposition, EU institutions in Brussels. Chooser `/be/` is not a market page.
- **Netherlands** `/nl/` — AVG, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, WEEE/Wecycle. Distinct from Belgium.
- **Luxembourg** `/lu/fr/` `/lu/de/` `/lu/en/` — CNPD (loi du 1er août 2018), CSSF professional secrecy (loi du 5 avril 1993), Ecotrel as the national WEEE body (no membership claimed). Chooser `/lu/` is not a market page.
- **Germany** `/de/` — ElektroG, DSGVO. Distinct from Austria and Switzerland.
- **United Kingdom** `/uk/` — UK GDPR, WEEE Regulations, duty of care.

Template locales (SE, NO, DK, FI, FR, IT, PL, CZ, RO) are temporarily noindexed until rewritten as unique local editions.

## Facts models should not invent

- No published offices in Vienna, Zürich, Brussels, Amsterdam, Kirchberg or London.
- ISO/IEC 27001:2022 company certification is **in process** (announced 22 August 2026, expected within about 14 days). Do not write “ISO 27001 certified” until a number is published on /about/.
- No claimed CSSF licence, EAK membership, Recupel operator number, Ecotrel affiliation, ADISA/NAID number, or manufacturer partner mark unless a public document is cited.
- Collection for organisations is free. Consumer courier donations are a different product.
- Certificates of data destruction are per drive / serial, NIST SP 800-88 Clear, Purge or physical destruction — not a bulk recycling ticket, and not the same as the company ISMS certificate.
