Form submissions are stored so the team can respond. There is no public listing of those submissions. See the Privacy Policy.
Customer hardware
Data-bearing equipment in a recovery project is handled according to the agreed brief: erasure, wiping or physical destruction, with chain of custody. That process is scoped per project, not by this webpage.
Each donation and assessment writes an append-only SHA-256 audit event. Payloads hold operational facts (equipment categories, origin country, courier, sanitisation method). Names, emails and street addresses are not duplicated onto that log. The public reference on your confirmation is the capability to read the trail. Retention of those records will be published with the registered entity; until then they are kept for the operation of the service.
