Evidence

Audit trails you can recompute.

Every donation and corporate assessment writes an append-only SHA-256 chain. The pages below show the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 controls that log maps to. Company certification is in process — not a badge on this page.

Certification in process

ISO/IEC 27001:2022 is being acquired. The number is not on this site yet.

The hash chain is an operational log mapped to Annex A controls. Company ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification is in process (expected within about 14 days of 22 August 2026). That is not the same as a published certificate number. We will put the number, the body and the dates here when they can be checked.

What is on the chain

A SHA-256 record you can recompute.

Annex A.8.15 — Logging

Ten controls this log maps to.

  • A.5.9

Inventory of information and other associated assets

Each donation or assessment opens an inventory event with equipment categories, counts and origin country — not a public listing of people.

  • A.5.12

    Classification of information

Data-bearing kit is flagged on the record so sanitisation is not optional later in the chain.

  • A.5.14

    Information transfer

Courier collection, label issue and inbound transfer to the Rădăuți processing depot are written as transfer events.

  • A.5.28

    Collection of evidence

Every event is hashed and chained to the previous event. The public reference is the capability to read that chain.

  • A.5.31

Legal, statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements

GDPR consent is recorded as a boolean event. WEEE routing is recorded when processing completes.

  • A.5.33

    Protection of records

The audit table rejects updates and deletes. New facts are appended. Old rows are not rewritten.

  • A.7.10

    Storage media

Drives and other media stay on the inventory until a sanitisation or destruction event closes them.

  • A.8.10

    Information deletion

When sanitisation runs, the method (NIST 800-88 Clear / Purge / Destroy) is written. That event is not invented in advance.

  • A.8.15

    Logging

This log. Actor is stored as a hash of an email, never the address itself. Payloads hold operational facts only.

  • A.8.16

    Monitoring activities

Opening a trail re-computes each SHA-256 and reports whether the chain still verifies.

Look up a public reference

Paste the EDU- or RT- code from a confirmation. The trail is public against that opaque reference only.
