Stuck with retired IT inventory in Belgium?

We clear the lot and prove it in writing. Free collection — de-installation, secure data destruction, compliant recycling, complete documentation. Residual value can be shared as a rebate.

Free, no obligation. GDPR and WEEE frame. No work on your side.

Overheids-IT in Brussel klaar voor GDPR-conforme ophaling en datavernietiging

Floor space in Brussels is expensive. GDPR expects evidence. An informal van is not a control.

RecyclicTech is the documented exit for Belgian organisations. You power the kit down. We collect, sanitise or destroy media, assess residual value and return the file. This is not charity recycling.

The risk is the gap in evidence, not the scrap

Retired servers in a Brussels cage or an Antwerp hall remain a GDPR issue until erasure and disposal are evidenced. The Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD / GBA) expects traceable destruction, not a recycling ticket.

Belgium’s transposition of the WEEE Directive governs where electrical and electronic equipment goes. We do not claim memberships or Belgian offices we have not published. We route through certified WEEE-aligned channels and document the path.

Residual value on current enterprise hardware is assessed, not written off. A rebate is possible when the lot supports it. Collection for organisations is free. Consumer courier donations are a separate product.

How the work runs

  1. 01

    Describe the lot

Equipment types, approximate volume, site, window, access. Three fields are enough to plan the first visit.

  2. 02

    We clear on site

De-install, pack, remove. Neighbouring racks stay live. Discretion for finance floors and EU institutions.

  3. 03

    Data, then residual value

NIST SP 800-88 sanitisation or physical destruction, then valuation. Nothing is resold without written authorisation.

  4. 04

    File returned

Certificate per drive or serial, chain of custody, itemised asset report, ESG summary.

What you receive in writing

  • Certificate of data destruction per drive / serial
  • Chain of custody
  • Itemised asset report
  • Evidence of routing via WEEE-aligned channels
  • Environmental / ESG summary

What we will not invent

  • ISO/IEC 27001:2022 company certification is in process (expected within about 14 days of 22 August 2026). No badge and no number until both can be verified. No unpublished Belgian company number as a branch.
  • No fictitious Avenue des Arts office. Processing after collection: Strada Putnei 213, 725400 Rădăuți, Romania — declared, not hidden.
  • GDPR, NIST SP 800-88, Belgian WEEE transposition. That is the frame.

Inbound processing: Strada Putnei 213, 725400 Rădăuți, Suceava, Romania. Not a public counter. Cross-border logistics is part of the job and sits in the file.

Sectors that require the file
