Is collection really free?

For organisations, yes. Household donations use the donate portal and the sender pays the courier.

Do you have a Brussels office?

No. Nationwide collection, processing in Rădăuți, Romania. Declared in the file.

GDPR?

Process is built for GDPR evidence: per-drive certificate, defined sanitisation or destruction, documented chain. ISO/IEC 27001:2022 company certification is in process; no badge until the number can be verified.

Rebate?

Assessed after inventory. No promised figure before the lot.

Dutch / French?

Flanders: /be/nl/. Wallonia & Brussels FR: /be/fr/. Language changes only via the switcher.
