SME laptop fleets in Flanders — GDPR without data-centre theatre

A hundred laptops are a hundred media units
A Flemish SME retiring a hundred named laptops has the same GDPR problem as a Brussels bank — fewer racks. Every drive remains a media unit until erasure or destruction is evidenced. The APD does not exempt “we are only an SME”.
