Belgium’s WEEE take-back runs through collective schemes. Recupel is the visible one: environmental contributions at placing on the market, then household and some professional collection. That is producer responsibility — not a hall-clearance with a per-serial certificate.

An enterprise ITAD job in Brussels or Antwerp is inventory, media, chain of custody, then routing of what is no longer saleable. RecyclicTech does not claim a Recupel operator number or an unpublished Belgian seat.
