RecyclicTech exists so organisations can decommission IT without running a second project. Collection, data destruction, recycling and the paperwork — one instruction.
Certification in process
RecyclicTech is acquiring ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for the information-security management system that already runs the work: inbound processing in Rădăuți, NIST SP 800-88 sanitisation records, and the hash-chained audit trail. The process was underway on 22 August 2026 and is expected to complete within about 14 days (around 5 September 2026). Until a certificate number, certification body and validity dates can be checked, this site does not display an ISO badge and does not write “ISO 27001 certified”.
What is already live, independent of the company seal: per-drive or per-serial certificate of data destruction (NIST SP 800-88 Clear, Purge or physical destruction), chain of custody, an append-only SHA-256 audit trail mapped to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Annex A, itemised asset report, WEEE / duty-of-care papers, ESG summary.
Expected by about 2026-09-05. The certificate number, certification body and validity dates will replace this paragraph the day they can be checked. Until then we do not display an ISO badge.
We believe retired IT should be evaluated before it is recycled. RecyclicTech is built for complete corporate estates and data-centre halls — not a low-value electronics scrap shop. If reuse is not authorised, the lot is still processed as WEEE after the data is closed.
The default is to look. Recycling is the last step, not the first quote.
What you can verify today
A European B2B IT asset recovery and data-centre decommissioning programme. We take complete estates — servers, storage, networking, racks and end-user kit — not mixed electronics scrap. A separate education donation portal exists at /donate/ — that is not this product.
A three-step assessment. No account required. We review equipment, access and the data-destruction brief, then come back with a collection plan. Corporate collection is free; residual value can return as a rebate.
Every corporate job closes with a written pack: per-drive certificate of destruction, chain of custody, a hash-chained ISO 27001-aligned audit trail, itemised asset report, WEEE / duty-of-care papers and an ESG summary. That pack is the evidence we stand on today.
Sixteen European markets with dedicated local-language pages. Those are coverage areas for collection, not a claim of staffed offices in each city. Equipment is received at the inbound depot in Rădăuți, Romania.

Procurement and InfoSec can ask for this pack on day one. It is issued per job — not as a substitute for the company ISO certificate that is still in process.
Data sanitisation follows NIST 800-88 methods. Physical shredding is available on request. Written authorisation is required before any reuse or resale.

Serious buyers check registers. This page will carry company number, phone, named officers, membership IDs and case studies the moment each item can be verified. ISO/IEC 27001:2022 is already in process — see the certification block above. Everything else stays off the site until it can be checked.
Registered company name, number, VAT and a staffed switchboard will be published here when they can be checked against a public register. Until then, contact is email-only.

ADISA / NAID and any other membership seals are listed only with a registration number and a link a buyer can verify. They are not in process on this page.
