Two files, the same evidence duty

CSSF circular 12/552 (central administration, internal governance, risk) and 17/654 (use of cloud infrastructures) frame the IT of supervised entities. 22/806 specifies outsourcing arrangements. None of this is an agrément for an ITAD vendor.

When a Kirchberg hall or a Cloche d’Or cage empties, the risk is no longer live outsourcing — it is the drive that leaves without evidence. RecyclicTech does not replace your CSSF arrangement.
