FAQ

Luxembourg FAQ

Is collection really free?
For organisations, yes — ITAD lots in the Grand Duchy. Household donations use the donate portal and the sender pays the courier.
Do you have a Kirchberg office?
No. No invented address. Nationwide collection, processing in Rădăuți, Romania. Declared in the file.
Are you CSSF-authorised?
No, and we do not claim it. The CSSF supervises financial institutions, not ITAD vendors. We deliver an end-of-life file (serial, chain, NIST SP 800-88) your internal audit can attach.
GDPR / CNPD?
The process is built for evidence: per-drive certificate, defined sanitisation or destruction, documented chain. The CNPD does not licence ITAD vendors. ISO/IEC 27001:2022 company certification is in process; no badge until the number can be verified.
Ecotrel / SuperDrecksKëscht?
We are not an Ecotrel member and do not hold the SDK mark. Professional equipment goes through certified WEEE-compatible channels, described in the file.
Rebate?
Assessed after inventory. No promised figure before the lot. Common on still-current fund-admin hardware.
French / German?
French edition: /lu/fr/. German: /lu/de/. Language changes only via the switcher.

RecyclicTech has not published a Luxembourg office and holds no CSSF agrément. Free collection for organisations is nationwide in the Grand Duchy. Media is handled to NIST SP 800-88 methods. Recycling uses certified WEEE-compatible channels.
