The hall is the midpoint, not the end

For its size, Luxembourg concentrates a high density of halls — including Tier IV sites around Cloche d’Or, Gasperich and Leudelange. A cage exit rarely fails on the spanner. It fails on access windows, media mixed into the scrap stream, and a file written after recycling.

We inventory before the first rack, take media in a separate stream, and write the chain in parallel. Neighbouring halls stay live. Processing after collection is declared: Rădăuți. No phantom warehouse in Bettembourg.
