The room changes, the kit is not dead

Fund administration, depositaries, PFS: refresh is frequent, the hardware often still current. A NIST SP 800-88 wipe keeps residual value. A shred ends it. The briefing decides. RecyclicTech does not force-recycle a saleable estate.

Rebate is assessed after inventory. No promised figure before the lot. Collection for organisations stays free, rebate or not.
