Retired colo and office IT in the Netherlands — free collection, AVG file

We take the rest — free collection, de-install, secure data destruction, WEEE-aligned recycling and a complete file. Residual value can return as a rebate.

Free and non-binding. AVG and WEEE frame. No work on your side.

Amsterdamse colo-gang klaar voor AVG-conforme IT-ophaling en datavernietiging

Amsterdam colo is expensive. AVG requires proof. A van without a file is not control.

RecyclicTech is the documented exit for Dutch organisations. You power the systems down. We collect, erase or destroy media, assess residual value and return the file. This is not charity recycling.

The risk is not scrap — it is the hole in the evidence

Retired servers in an AMS-IX cage, a Rotterdam server room or an Eindhoven hall remain your AVG problem until erasure and processing are evidenced. The Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens expects traceable destruction, not a recycling ticket.

The Dutch WEEE implementing rules set where equipment must go. We do not invent a Wecycle membership or a Dutch office we do not publish. We route through certified, WEEE-compatible channels and write the path into the file.

Residual value on recent enterprise kit in the Amsterdam corridor is often real: the hall changed, the servers did not fail. We assess rebate. Collection for organisations is free. Household courier jobs are a separate product.

How the job runs

  1. 01

    Describe the lot

Classes, volume, site, window, dock. Three fields are enough to plan.

  2. 02

    We clear on site

De-install, pack, move. Neighbouring cages stay live. Discrete.

  3. 03

    Data, then residual value

NIST SP 800-88 erasure or physical destruction, then valuation. Nothing is resold without written release.

  4. 04

    File back

Certificate per drive or serial, chain of custody, itemised asset report, ESG summary.

What you receive in writing

  • Certificate of data destruction or erasure per media / serial
  • Unbroken chain of custody
  • Itemised asset report
  • Evidence of routing through WEEE-aligned channels
  • Environmental / ESG summary

What we do not claim

  • ISO/IEC 27001:2022 company certification is in process (expected within about 14 days of 22 August 2026). No badge and no number until both can be verified. No unpublished KvK address as a branch.
  • No phantom Zuidas office. Processing after collection: Strada Putnei 213, 725400 Rădăuți, Romania — declared, not hidden.
  • AVG, NIST SP 800-88, Dutch WEEE rules. That is the frame. No marketing fog.

Inbound processing: Strada Putnei 213, 725400 Rădăuți, Suceava, Romania. Not a public counter. Cross-border logistics is part of the job and sits in the file.
