Is collection really free?

For organisations, yes — ITAD lots. Household devices go through the donation portal and the sender pays the courier.

Do you have an office in Amsterdam?

No. We do not invent an address. Nationwide collection, processing in Rădăuți, Romania. That sits in the file.

Are you AVG / GDPR compliant?

The process is built on AVG evidence: certificate per media, defined erasure or destruction, documented chain. We do not sell an ISO mark we do not hold.

Residual value / rebate?

Assessed after inventory. No promised figure before the lot.

What documentation do I receive?

Certificate per media or serial, unbroken chain of custody, itemised asset report, evidence of WEEE-aligned routing, ESG summary. That is the pack — not a marketing PDF.

How does logistics work without a Dutch office?

Nationwide collection for organisations, then inbound in Rădăuți. Cross-border transport is part of the job and sits in the file. No Zuidas counter, no invented KvK address.

Dutch?

The primary edition is Dutch at /nl/. This English path is for international HQs. Switch only via the country/language control.

Is this the same site as Belgium?

No. Belgium lives at /be/nl/ (Flanders) and /be/fr/. The Netherlands is its own edition at /nl/. Cookie rt_market=nl does not pull you into Belgium.
