How the free collection works

    Zero charge to decommission or dispose. We collect corporate IT and data-centre estates at no cost to you.

    We handle the work

    De-installation, de-racking, packing, sealed road freight, data destruction and WEEE-compliant recycling — all of it.

    Full documentation

    Certificate of data destruction per drive/serial, chain of custody, itemised asset report, WEEE duty-of-care papers and an ESG summary.

    Optional rebate

    If anything still has resale value, that value covers the work — and the surplus is shared back with you.

    Methods you can audit

    GDPR process, NIST 800-88 sanitisation, WEEE routing and a hash-chained audit trail aligned to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Annex A. Company ISO 27001 certification is in process. ADISA and the certificate number are listed only when they can be checked — they are not claimed here yet.

Questions before you send

Is collection really free?

For organisations retiring IT, yes. We collect, de-install and process the estate at no charge. Residual remarketing value covers the work and may be returned as a rebate. Organisational lots move as sealed road freight; the carrier’s legal name is unpublished until it can be checked. Individual courier pickups are a separate programme and carry a courier fee.

How quickly will you respond?

We review every assessment in order and contact you within one business day. Urgent lots marked “this week” are triaged first.

What do you need from us on the day?

Access, a named site contact, and — if you have one — an asset register. We bring the labour, packing, road freight and data-destruction process.

Can you destroy data on-site?

Yes. Choose on-site or at our secure facility in the form. Physical shredding is available on request. Written authorisation is required before any reuse or resale.
