Certification in process
RecyclicTech is acquiring ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for the information-security management system that runs the work: inbound processing in Rădăuți, NIST SP 800-88 sanitisation records, and the hash-chained audit trail. The legal entity — Service Parts Online Ltd — was incorporated on 26 August 2026. Until a certificate number, certification body and validity dates can be checked, this site does not display an ISO badge and does not write “ISO 27001 certified”.
What is already live, independent of the company seal: per-drive or per-serial certificate of data destruction (NIST SP 800-88 Clear, Purge or physical destruction), chain of custody, an append-only SHA-256 audit trail mapped to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Annex A, itemised asset report, WEEE / duty-of-care papers, ESG summary.
The certificate number, certification body and validity dates will replace this paragraph the day they can be checked. Until then we do not display an ISO badge.
How the collection actually runs
Free collection for organisations is not a teaser price. It is paid for by residual value where the lot has any, and absorbed by us where it does not. That is meant to net across volume — recoverable estates carry the ones with little or no value — not to bill collection lot by lot.
Organisational collection is funded by the residual resale and reuse value of recoverable equipment — typically recent servers, storage, GPUs, and current-generation laptops and docks. Commodity desktops and old monitors often carry little or none.
It is still collected at no charge for organisations and processed as WEEE. There is no hidden collection fee. A residual rebate is quoted only when the lot justifies it. We never guarantee a credit.
Organisational lots move as sealed road freight. The carrier’s legal name is unpublished until it can be checked. Carriers do not receive logical access to media contents. Data-bearing media stay in chain of custody. On-site drive removal with a named witness is available when the brief requires it — it is scoped per job, not a standing on-site team in every country. Certified sanitisation (NIST SP 800-88) is done at the inbound depot — Strada Putnei 213, 725400 Rădăuți, Romania — unless the brief requires on-site destruction. That depot is RecyclicTech’s processing endpoint, and we do not invent local warehouses in other markets. Household donate-portal collections remain a paid courier, not organisational road freight.

We assess first. This is not an open dump for unassessed e-waste. We believe retired IT should be evaluated before it is recycled. RecyclicTech is built for complete corporate estates and data-centre halls — not a low-value electronics scrap shop. If reuse is not authorised, the lot is still processed as WEEE after the data is closed.
The default is to look. Recycling is the last step, not the first quote.
What you can verify today
RecyclicTech is a European IT asset disposition, data-centre decommissioning and technology-recovery company. Organisations get free collection of retired enterprise IT. People donate one working laptop on /donate/ and pay the courier. Mixed household scrap is not accepted. The education portal is a second product, not a claim that this page is a charity.
A three-step assessment. No account required. We review equipment, access and the data-destruction brief, then come back with a collection plan. Corporate collection is free; residual value can return as a rebate.

Sixteen European markets for collection coverage — not a staffed office in each city. Isolated local-language editions (United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Finland, Norway) are written for that market. Thin coverage editions exist for the remaining countries; they are not a translation mill. Equipment is received at the inbound depot in Rădăuți, Romania.
