Serbia’s youth would leave. Montenegro’s north still needs the lab.

WFD: 64.5% of Serbian youth would emigrate if given the chance. FES: 26% of Montenegrin youth have a strong desire to leave. UN digital-skills work is aimed at Montenegro’s poorest north, not the Bay of Kotor.

Serbia

The Westminster Foundation for Democracy figure — 64.5% of Serbian youth would emigrate if given the chance — is the sharpest youth-exit poll we can cite. RecyclicTech will not put a fake school name on that statistic. Rural Serbia is the pin.

Northern Montenegro

Do not send a postcard of Kotor and call it a need. UN Montenegro has described a digital-education action for over six thousand children in the poorest northern region. The pin is Žabljak and the north. Cetinje is inland geography, not the Adriatic.
