Poorer European countries educate children. Richer European countries harvest them.

We are a UK company campaign, not a registered charity. You can still donate a laptop or money. You will not get a tax receipt. The sentence below is our thesis, not a measured causal law.

Our thesis: digital poverty in schools is one factor that can contribute to youth emigration from Ukraine, Moldova, Serbia, Montenegro, rural Romania, Bulgaria and the Western Balkans toward richer European labour markets. Better devices can contribute to digital skills and local employability. That is a thesis, not a trial we have run.

A working laptop on a desk in Fălcoiu, Soroca or Vidin is a machine in a classroom. It is not proof that one named young person stayed.

This site is not the RecyclicTech B2B ITAD product. Organisations emptying an office use Corporate / Business ITAD services in the footer. Private individuals use this portal, pay the courier, and send working machines toward classrooms in Ukraine, Moldova, rural Romania, Serbia, Montenegro and the Western Balkans.

We donate thousands of machines and food. Photographs of the people who receive them stay off this site — diligence, not an empty programme.
