Every donated parcel is labelled to Strada Putnei 213, Rădăuți. Inventory and NIST 800-88 sanitisation happen here. Not a public office.

A courier collects the sealed carton in your chosen window.

Education reuse
Working devices are refurbished for classrooms. The rest is wiped and recycled.

Use a rigid carton
A double-walled box that still closes flat. No supermarket bags. Fill empty corners with paper, not foam peanuts if you can avoid them.
Remove loose data first if you can
Take out spare USB sticks and external drives you want to keep. Anything you send will be treated as data-bearing until it is wiped or destroyed.
Do not send lithium damage
Swollen batteries, wet devices or equipment that smells of solvent cannot travel. Recycle those locally and donate the rest.
Seal and label
Tape every seam. Stick the AWB on the largest face. Keep a copy of the tracking number.
Be in for the window
Leave the sealed box at the door if the courier allows it; otherwise stay available for the pickup window you chose.
What happens next
Parcels are received at the inbound depot in Rădăuți, Romania. We wipe data where needed, test, and send working machines toward education reuse. Residual value after the courier fee supports that programme.
