It is collected
The sender pays the courier to the Rădăuți inbound depot. Organisational lots stay free on /assessment/ — the two streams are not mixed.

The data is closed
Assume every device is data-bearing. NIST SP 800-88 sanitisation or physical destruction before any reuse. A recycling ticket is not that certificate.
