Is collection really free?

For organisations, yes. Household donations use the donate portal and the sender pays the courier.

Do you have a Zurich office?

No. Nationwide collection, processing in Rădăuți, Romania. Declared in the file.

nFADP?

Process is built for nFADP evidence: per-drive certificate, defined sanitisation or destruction, documented chain. ISO/IEC 27001:2022 company certification is in process; no badge until the number can be verified.

SWICO member?

Not claimed here. Certified channels compatible with ORDEE / SWICO / SENS.

Rebate?

Assessed after inventory. No promised figure before the lot.

French / Italian?

Romandie: /ch/fr/. Ticino edition in preparation at /ch/it/. Language changes only via the switcher.
