Yes. RecyclicTech accepts a Swiss laptop as a prepaid parcel. SWICO/SENS counters are not this product. The label goes to Rădăuți, not to a Swiss recycler RecyclicTech does not name.
Data law
nDSG / nLPD (in force 1 September 2023) is the Swiss data law we write against. Sanitisation still happens in Romania to NIST SP 800-88. No claimed Swiss data-protection officer number.
Postage
CHF or EUR depending on the carrier account. Customs into Romania is the courier’s job on a prepaid label; RecyclicTech does not operate a Geneva desk.
Battery
A notebook cell is still dangerous goods. No swollen packs. Use the Swiss carrier’s lithium laptop rule on the rate you buy.
