Empty Digital Learning Center in Dnipro for displaced students: folding tables of closed laptops, blackout fabric, oblast map — not the river skyline — Dnipro destination brief

Dnipro absorbs families from the east. UNICEF listed Dnipropetrovska among the regions receiving the April 2024 laptop round. Digital Learning Centers — UNICEF / GPE — give children a place to connect when their own school cannot open.

Refurbished RecyclicTech machines for Ukraine are intended for this kind of classroom: a working device in a centre or a school that still has walls.
