Kharkiv is Europe’s largest city still living next to an active front. Public reporting describes hundreds of damaged schools and a large share of teaching online. In February 2024 UNICEF provided nearly 3,600 laptops for school-age children in Kharkiv Oblast.

RecyclicTech does not ship cartons to individual Kharkiv schools. After Rădăuți processing, working machines intended for Ukraine are allocated through verified education channels that already deliver in this oblast — UNICEF, the Ministry of Education, UNITED24 and peer programmes listed on the partners page.
