Sumska and Chernihivska sit on Ukraine’s northern border. UNICEF listed both among the eight regions receiving 39,000 laptops in April 2024, working with local education departments.

These are high-need, hard-logistics pins. RecyclicTech does not attempt a private courier into a border school. Allocation is through the partners that already operate there.
