Zakarpattia is the oblast RecyclicTech can talk about as a success-story geography: villages that received refurbished computers from European donors, with public write-ups. It is also a host region for internally displaced children.
Stavne, Svaliava and Kolochava are the named villages. RecyclicTech has not published its own handover photographs there. They are the template for how a Romanian-processed machine should arrive in a Ukrainian village school.
