1. 01 · Plan

   Access windows, neighbours, live vs dark, security constraints.

2. 02 · Identify

   Every rack, chassis, array, switch, PDU, UPS — labelled lots.

3. 03 · Remove

   De-install, pack, seal. Chain of custody starts on the floor.

4. 04 · Process

   Sanitise, grade, remarket or WEEE. File returns to the client.
