What a laptop can touch
A refurbished PC cannot run Dutch housing policy. It can sit in a classroom in Botoșani, Orhei, Kharkiv, rural Serbia or northern Montenegro so the next cohort is not forced to leave in order to touch a computer that already exists in Frankfurt, Amsterdam or Zürich.
RecyclicTech will not campaign against immigration. It will keep putting working machines into the sending classroom.
