Two frustrations, one transfer

Voters in the Netherlands, Czechia, Austria and Germany consistently rank immigration among the most important national problems. That is destination-country frustration. It is real.

IOM’s 2026 Europe chapter names Moldova, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Ukraine as the steepest population declines on the continent. That is origin-country frustration. They are the two ends of the same pipeline.

What a laptop can touch

A refurbished PC cannot run Dutch housing policy. It can sit in a classroom in Botoșani, Orhei, Kharkiv, rural Serbia or northern Montenegro so the next cohort is not forced to leave in order to touch a computer that already exists in Frankfurt, Amsterdam or Zürich.

RecyclicTech will not campaign against immigration. It will keep putting working machines into the sending classroom.
