Yes. RecyclicTech accepts a computer monitor. Most panels do not store files. RecyclicTech still does not want mixed broken household scrap. A working LCD/LED panel can travel with a desktop donation as a second box.

Packing
Screens crack in cheap envelopes. Use a carton with a face-protecting layer. The quote will be dimensional weight, not a laptop rate. Buy a separate label if the tower is already in another box.
Data
A dumb monitor is usually not a data-bearing device. RecyclicTech will not print a destruction certificate for a panel that never held a disk. If the display is an all-in-one with a drive inside, treat it as a desktop.
