Yes. RecyclicTech accepts a tablet. Many tablets have a fused battery and a mobile-device-management lock. RecyclicTech will not promise classroom reuse if the lock cannot be cleared. The parcel still goes to Rădăuți for sanitisation or destruction.

Do not send a swollen tablet. A fused cell that has ballooned is a no-ship. Factory reset if you can. MDM/DEP/Find My style locks should be released by the owner before the box is taped.
What happens
On arrival RecyclicTech treats the tablet as data-bearing. Reuse if it boots and is unlocked. Physical destruction if the lock or the cell makes reuse dishonest. You pay the courier either way.
