Not until the legal name can be checked. The empty file is honest. A logo on a van is not a register extract.

Only if it is hidden. It is written on the file. International movement of equipment is declared, not implied as a Slough plant.

Is a WEEE transfer note chain of custody?+

It is part of the waste trail. It is not the data chain. RecyclicTech returns both. One is not a substitute for the other.
